The George Jordan Sales Building (city landmark No. 5) currently houses the Upwest Handmade Leather shop at 470 N. Hwy. 89A in Uptown Sedona.
This is the first shop you will see coming from Oak Creek Canyon into Uptown Sedona.
Made of native red sandstone and rubble construction, it was built in 1938 as a cooperative retail outlet for fruit produced and marketed by local farmers, including George and his brother, Walter Jordan.
